Return and Refund Policy

Product refunds are valid for 30 days from the day the hearing aids have been fitted for you, the customer.

To return hearing aid and any accessories you purchased from us follow the following steps:

2. We will issue and send you an Approved for Return (AFR) code on the email

3a. For hearing aid purchases only we will arrange for DHL to collect the order from you

3b. For accessory orders (not hearing aids) you are responsible for shipping the item back to us, we recommend using tracked and insured postage. Please use the AFR code we provided and wire it down on the box you send the returned item. Also please email back the proof of postage you received from the post office when returning any item to us.

4. Upon successful return of the item, we will inspect them and if there is no violation of our Terms of Sale (issue such as physical stress on the hearing aids, cracks, moisture, used out of the scope) we will immediately refund the total price paid to Hearing Now.


Note: We are not liable for any fees you paid to local audiologists for testing or tuning services or any other reasons.

Do I get refunded the discount I received for the hearing test if I return my hearing aids?

The short answer is no. As a gesture, we deduct the service fee you paid for the hearing test from the price of any hearing aids you purchase if you buy a pair of hearing aids at the hearing test appointment or within 30 days from that date. If for any reason you decide to return the hearing aids the refund amount back to you would be the price you paid for the hearing aids less the service fee of the hearing test.

When does the 30 day period start?

The 30 day period to refund your hearing aids will start from the date that we fit the hearing aids for you. Returns must have a posting date no more than 30 days after the date of the fitting session.

Can I return my hearing aids even if I simply don't like them?

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How fast do I get my money back?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
