We have the equipment to re-programme or adjust hearing aids sourced from all the manufacturers (Phonak, Unitron, Oticon, Starkey, GNResouns, Signia, Bernafon). If your hearing aids no longer seem to provide as much benefit as they used to, it's quite possible that you need a fresh hearing test and/or your hearing aids require service and adjustment. What to expect from a repair and reprogramming session? Just like any electronic device, hearing aids require a service every 6-12 months. Regular service and maintenance might include cleaning or replacing the filters, inspecting the microphones, replacing tubes and domes and making sure that they are in their best working condition. We will make sure that your hearing aids feel comfortable, fit correctly and sound natural. In this session, we also conduct an in-situ test of your hearing to make sure that the gains and the prescription formula of the hearing aids are the best fit for your hearing levels. This adjustment (or reprogramming) would ensure that the aids sound clear, natural and loud enough. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy Please give plenty of heads up if you have to cancel or reschedule a home visit or in-clinic appointment. We will fully refund your deposit if at least 24-hour notice is given for the cancellation of an in-clinic or home visit appointment. You can reschedule or cancel an appointment from your admin panel on our website, our App, or by contacting us on our phone lines. Your deposit will be used against the administration of cancellation of your appointment if less than 24-hour notice is provided. No Ear Wax Found Your deposit will be kept for the time of the clinic used to run a visual examination of your ears, and possible referral to the GP, hence your deposit is not refundable in case there is no ear wax to be removed. Online Rehabs and Follow-Up Appointments There will be no charge for cancelling or rescheduling your online consultation with our audiologist.
