Reprogramming of hearing aids

We provide reprogramming services for Signia, Oticon, Bernafon, Unitron, Phonak, Resound GN, Rexton, Widex and Starkey hearing aids.

This is a service for you if:

- Your hearing loss has changed, and you need a reprogramming of your hearing aids.

- You inherited hearing aids and need to program them for your hearing loss,

- You bought second-hand hearing aids and need them programmed to your hearing loss.

Aftercare

From the date you receive your hearing aids, you will have 4 weeks of free online support through our telecare system. This aftercare is only available for hearing aids with Bluetooth connectivity, and the user must be able to use the hearing aid app.

Please note

Most NHS hearing aids are locked, hence you need to refer to the place you received them from for reprogramming and adjustment
Specsavers Advance hearing aids can only be programmed by Specsavers Audiology.
AudioNova hearing aids can only be programmed by Boots Hearing.
The shipping cost of the aids back to you is included in the price. We use DHL for shipping your hearing aids back to your address.
The shipping cost of orders to International destinations will be calculated based on your location and at the time of checkout. We use DHL for International shipments.
If you need domes, a different power or wire length for your hearing aid receivers, please visit the hearing aid consumables section of our store and place a separate order; let us know if you are not sure about this and need consultation.

What is included in this service
We will:
- Clean your hearing aids
- Program them to your hearing test (you need to provide your audiogram)
- Provide a free telecare session for fine and tuning your hearing aids online within 4 weeks after the date of shipping the aids (only available for Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids and if the user can connect them to his/her mobile phone and the hearing aid app)
Complementary service (separate charges apply):

FIRST CLASS SERVICE ALL ROUND

I was unsure about sending my hearing aids away to be programmed but Koorosh answered all my questions promptly and was extremely helpful. I sent my audiogram first and he confirmed that was just what he required for the reprogramming. I posted my hearing aids and they were returned via DHL three days later - job done. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Excellent, all star provider!

These guys have given me a hearing I haven’t had in many years, despite having hearing aids for several years. After losing one of them I sourced some others, emailed an audiogram to Koorosh and in short order had them returned with updated firmware and programmed to my ears. Koorosh gave advice on the buds and put a set of a different size to try if the medium didn’t suit.

Cannot recommend the service enough, and the care for the customer I similarly recommend.

Hearing aids warranty

- Our hearing aids come with a range of warranty terms. Please read the product description for more details.

- 1-year manufacturer's UK warranty on accessories, including Assistive Hearing Devices (AHD), chargers, remote microphones, TV streamers and other associated electronics.

Hearing aids aftercare

We provide aftercare for all the hearing aids you purchase from HearingNow over their lifetime. The aftercare services of the hearing aids may include online or in-clinic fine-tuning of the hearing aids, minor fixes and repairs, replacement of the domes and other accessories of the hearing aids, liaison with the manufacturers of your hearing aids to repair or replace them when and if needed.

In-clinic - Our hearing aid aftercare will be free of charge for the first 3 months from the date of purchase, and then standard clinic fees are applicable for in-clinic visits.
Telecare - Online telecare aftercare will be free of charge for the warranty period of your hearing aids. Note: Remote telecare requires the hearing aids to have Bluetooth, so there will be limitations for non-wireless hearing aids. Please contact us if you need further clarification for the model of hearing aids you want to purchase.

Product refunds are valid for 30 days from the day the hearing aids have been fitted, or 30 days from the date the hearing aids have been shipped to your address if you chose to fit them by your local audiologist.

The customer is responsible for returning postage costs back to our office in London, UK. We highly recommend using tracked and insured couriers such as UPS and DHL. Please read more about our Return and Refund Policy here.

UK shipments

Free UPS or DHL Express delivery is available for all shipments to the UK.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and address (usually 5-7 working days)
Deliveries are insured and tracked
Our prices are all-inclusive of the UK VAT

International shipments

Flat shipment and handling will be added to the International shipments.

Please note that there might be Import Taxes / Customs duties at your country's local rate when you receive your shipment. HearingNow is not liable for any fees levied by your country. DHL/UPS will contact you to arrange payment of any customs duties and taxes due.

Free Consultation

We offer a free pre-purchase consultation to ensure that you buy a pair of hearing aids that work best for you. Please use the above form to send us a copy of your latest hearing test so we can run your test results on hearing aid manufacturers' software and develop a preliminary assessment for you to understand your options. The objective of this consultation is for you to make an informed decision about purchasing your hearing aids.

Fitting

The hearing aids will be programmed and shipped to your mailing address at no additional cost. We will contact you to ensure they sound clear and natural, and, if needed, you may book an in-clinic appointment for a fresh hearing test and adjustment, or an online adjustment session.
