Your pathway to a pair of premium hearing aids
Your pathway to hearing better in 3 steps: 1. Test 2. Order 3. Fit
Our comprehensive hearing care entails in-clinic and home visits (only in London) to test your hearing, and fit your hearing aids but also includes online sessions to adjust and fine-tune your hearing aids.

TEST
1 . Have a Hearing Test
You will start with a proper hearing test by a qualified audiologist to ensure that:
-
You do not have a referable case (to GP or ENT; such as infection, pathology, etc.)
-
Your hearing problem is not due to ear wax build-up
-
We have a good understanding of the type of your hearing loss, hearing thresholds and other audiological details of your hearing loss so we can advise the most suitable management plan for you.
Your options for a hearing test:
-
In London: Book an in-clinic or a home visit hearing test with HearingNow (book online). Your payment for a hearing test will be credited against your purchase of hearing aids with us (minimum purchase of £1,500 applies).
-
Not in London: Do your hearing test with a local audiologist and forward the results to info@HearingNow.co.uk for a free consultation.
2. Order Your Hearing Aids
Based on your hearing test results,
-
We will discuss your hearing loss and choices of hearing aid
-
We will send you a link to purchase your aids from our website
-
We will place the order with the manufacturer. Your aids will arrive in about 3-5 working days
If you are within our service area we will book you for a fitting session in one of our clinics in London or a home visit. If you are outside our service area:
-
We set up your hearing aids so you use them right away
-
You will receive the hearing aids by courier, ready to use
-
You could book a remote telecare session for further adjustments, or you can contact a local audiologist for further fine and tuning (if required)
Please contact us if you have any concerns about this step.
