Can Connexx myUpdater update the firmware of Signia Silk and Rexton Reach inoX CIC hearing aids?

For the Connexx myUpdater to work, your hearing aids need to have Bluetooth connectivity. Therefore, Signia Silk CIC, Rexton Reach inoX CIC and any IIC and CIC of Rexton and Signia products which do not have Bluetooth do not work with Connexx myUpdater.

How often should I use Connexx myUpdater to update the firmware of my Signia and Rexton hearing aids?

Most hearing aid companies have firmware updates for their products once or twice a year. So it is a good idea to check your Signia or Rexton hearing aid with the Connexx myUpdater app every 4-6 months.
