We provide repair services for Signia, Oticon, Bernafon, Unitron, Phonak, Resound GN, Rexton, Widex and Starkey hearing aids. This is a service for you if:

- Your hearing aids are out of warranty, and they need service and repair.

- You inherited hearing aids, and they need hearing aid service and repair.

- You bought second-hand hearing aids, and they need repair.

How this will be done:

All the repairs and services will be done by the manufacturer of your hearing aids in the UK
If the manufacturer replaces the aid or the inside electronics, the prescription and the settings of the hearing aid may be deleted. In such an event, you'll need to visit a local audiologist for reprogramming of your aids after the repair. If you provide your latest hearing test results, we could program them on a first-fit basis at no extra cost.
We receive your hearing aids and ship them to the respective manufacturer for repair. When we receive them we will ship them back to you via registered courier.

Aftercare

From the date you receive your hearing aids, you will have 4 weeks of free online support through our telecare system.

Please note

We cannot service or repair NHS hearing aids; please contact the supplier who provided you with the NHS hearing aids for service and repair.
Specsavers Advance hearing aids can only be repaired by Specsavers.
AudioNova hearing aids can only be repaired by Boots Hearing.
The shipping cost of orders to International destinations will be based on your destination and will be calculated at checkout. We use DHL for International shipments.
If you need domes, a different power or wire length for your hearing aids, please visit the hearing aids consumables section of our store and place a separate order; let us know if you are not sure about this and need consultation.
Please note that all hearing aid manufacturers stop supporting technologies older than 7 years. If unsure, please use the form at the bottom of this page to check with us before sending your hearing aids for repair.

Batteries plus

Speedy replacement of my Phonak rechargeable batteries - once they actually arrived! The Post Office "48hr Tracked" took 5 days and claimed no-one knew where Hearing Now's Offices were located. Koorash kindly picked up the package from the local PO and once in his hands delivered them back, fixed in a just of a couple of days!

Very good communications throughout a slightly fraught process...

Hearing aids warranty

- 5-year extended UK warranty on all hearing aids (unless stated otherwise in the product description.)

- 2-year warranty for all hearing glasses.

- 1-year manufacturer's UK warranty on accessories, including Assistive Hearing Devices (AHD), chargers, remote microphones, TV streamers and other associated electronics.

Hearing aids aftercare

We provide aftercare for all the hearing aids you purchase from HearingNow over their lifetime. The aftercare services of the hearing aids may include online or in-clinic fine-tuning of the hearing aids, minor fixes and repairs, replacement of the domes and other accessories of the hearing aids, liaison with the manufacturers of your hearing aids to repair or replace them when and if needed.

In-clinic - Our hearing aid aftercare will be free of charge for the first 3 months from the date of purchase, and then standard clinic fees are applicable for in-clinic visits.
Telecare - Online telecare aftercare will be free of charge for the warranty period of your hearing aids.

Product refunds are valid for 30 days from the day the hearing aids have been fitted, or 30 days from the date the hearing aids have been shipped to your address if you chose to fit them by your local audiologist.

The customer is responsible for returning postage costs back to our office in London, UK. We highly recommend using tracked and insured couriers such as UPS and DHL. Please read more about our Return and Refund Policy here.

Free UPS or DHL Express delivery is available for all shipments to the UK.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and address (usually 5-7 working days)

International shipments

Flat shipment and handling will be added to the International shipments.

Please note that there might be Import Taxes / Customs duties at your country's local rate when you receive your shipment. HearingNow is not liable for any fees levied by your country. DHL/UPS will contact you to arrange payment of any customs duties and taxes due.

Free Consultation

We offer a free pre-purchase consultation to ensure that you buy a pair of hearing aids that work best for you. Please use the above form to send us a copy of your latest hearing test so we can run your test results on hearing aid manufacturers' software and develop a preliminary assessment for you to understand your options. The objective of this consultation is for you to make an informed decision about purchasing your hearing aids.

Fitting

The initial fitting can be done in our clinic at no additional cost. If they are shipped, when you receive your hearing aids, they are already programmed based on your hearing test results, so they are ready to use. We will call you to ensure they sound clear and natural and, if needed, book an in-clinic or online adjustment session.
