Hearing Aid Insurance

This is a service, repair and reprogramming for your hearing aids. The service covers:

the replacement of the rechargeable batteries
replacement of a burned-out receiver
electronic malfunction of the hearing aids
cleaning and servicing the aids drawn in water or left in the washing machine
reprogramming of your hearing aids (you need to send us your latest hearing test results to info@HearingNow.co.uk for a free preliminary consultation)
and any other services that may be required.

Please note

Manufacturers will not accept hearing aids that are physically damaged or broken in pieces.
Most of the manufacturers do not accept repair of hearing aids with technology older than 5 to 7 years old. Please use the form on this page for a free consultation before paying for this service. Please send us the name, brand, year purchased, serial number and as much information as you have.
The shipping cost of the aids back to you is included in the price (UK only)
The shipping cost of orders to International destinations will be flat £75 in addition to the service fees. We use DHL for International shipments.

If your hearing aids are not older than 5 years old then use this service to:

a. pay for the service

b. send your hearing aids via registered Royal Mail to our clinic at the following address

c. share with us the tracking number of the shipment

I “ inherited “ a pair of 2nd hand Phonak M90 hearing aids. I sent them off with my audiology report to Hearing Now. Got them back within a few days serviced, cleaned and recalibrated to my report. Great service. Highly recommended.

Very prompt turnaround
I purchased a pair of signia insio 7ax from hearing now and they have been nothing but helpful after my hearing aid speaker became blocked. Very fast turnaround and regular updates and follow ups from hearing now.

Extended Warranty

- 5-year extended UK warranty on all hearing aids (unless stated in the product description.)

- 1-year manufacturer's UK warranty on accessories including Assistive Hearing Devices (AHD), chargers, remote microphones, TV streamers and other associated electronics.

Aftercare

We provide aftercare for all the hearing aids you purchase from HearingNow over their warranty lifetime. The aftercare services of the hearing aids include online (remote care) or in-clinic fine-tuning of the hearing aids, minor fixes and repairs, replacement of the domes and other fittings of the hearing aids, liaison with the manufacturers of your hearing aids to repair or replace them when and if needed.

Product refunds are valid for 30 days from the day the hearing aids have been fitted, or 30 days from the date the hearing aids have been shipped to your address if you chose to fit them by your local audiologist.

The customer is responsible for returning postage costs back to our office in London, UK. We highly recommend using tracked and insured couriers such as UPS and DHL. Please read more about our Return and Refund Policy here.

Free UPS or DHL Express delivery is available for all shipments to the UK.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and address (usually 5-7 working days)

Our prices are all-inclusive of the UK VAT

International shipments

A flat 75 pounds shipment and handling will be added to the International shipment.

Please note that there might be Import Taxes / Customs duties at your country's local rate when you receive your shipment. HearingNow is not liable for any fees levied by your country - DHL/UPS will contact you to arrange payment of any customs duties and taxes due.

Consultation

We value a pre-purchase consultation to ensure that you buy a pair of hearing aids that work best for you. We will ask for a recent hearing test so we can run your test results on hearing aid manufacturers' software and develop a preliminary assessment for you to understand your options. The objective of this consultation is for you to make an informed decision about purchasing your hearing aids.

Fitting

When you receive your hearing aids they are already programmed based on your hearing test results, so they are ready to use. We will call you to make sure that they sound clear and natural and if needed to book an in-clinic or online adjustment session.

Reprogramming

You are covered with free reprogramming and readjustment of your hearing aids in our clinic in London, or online, through remote care over their warranty period. Your hearing aids must be Bluetooth enabled if you wish to receive remote care support.
