We provide repair services for Signia, Oticon, Bernafon, Unitron, Phonak, Resound GN, Rexton, Widex and Starkey hearing aids. This is a service for you if:
- Your hearing aids are out of warranty, and they need service and repair.
- You inherited hearing aids, and they need hearing aid service and repair.
- You bought second-hand hearing aids, and they need repair.
How this will be done:
- All the repairs and services will be done by the manufacturer of your hearing aids in the UK
- If the manufacturer replaces the aid or the inside electronics, the prescription and the settings of the hearing aid may be deleted. In such an event, you'll need to visit a local audiologist for reprogramming of your aids after the repair. If you provide your latest hearing test results, we could program them on a first-fit basis at no extra cost.
- We receive your hearing aids and ship them to the respective manufacturer for repair. When we receive them we will ship them back to you via registered courier.

Note: Change in the hearing aid settings
Please note that we do our best to transfer the settings from your hearing aids to the set after the repair; however, if your hearing aids are completely dead, we will not be able to do that. In such an event, you might need to visit a local audiologist to do a fresh hearing test and programming. Please let us know if you have a recent audiogram and you wish us to program the aids after the repair with your recent audiogram before shipping them back to you.

We cannot service or repair NHS hearing aids; please contact the supplier who provided you with the NHS hearing aids for service and repair.
Specsavers Advance hearing aids can only be repaired by Specsavers.
AudioNova hearing aids can only be repaired by Boots Hearing.
The shipping cost of orders to International destinations will be based on your destination and will be calculated at checkout. We use DHL for International shipments.
- If you need domes, a different power or a wire-length receiver for your hearing aids, please visit the hearing aids consumables section of our store and place a separate order; let us know if you are not sure about this and need consultation.
- Please note that all hearing aid manufacturers stop supporting technologies older than 7 years. If unsure, please use the form at the bottom of this page to check with us before sending your hearing aids for repair.

My Oticon batteries seem to give out much sooner than they're supposed to, necessitating repairs/replacements twice over the past couple of years, but covered by warranty thus far and aside from the period when I have to manage without the aids, the repairs have been carried out very successfully.
It occurs to me that for someone who is entirely dependent on using such aids every day it could potentially be extremely useful if there was some sort of temporary loan or hire arrangement available.
The charging station was not charging my hearing aids. We contacted Koorosh who very swiftly arranged an appointment for a home visit and took the hearing aids and charger to be serviced. Within a few weeks I received replacements which are now working wonderfully. As always, Koorosh has been extremely helpful and nothing is too much bother. Thank you!!!
