I’ve used resound aids for several years now after trying various different ones, I’ve always found them to be excellent devices and my current resound one 9 aids are an improvement from my Quattros, koorosh is a star and he is always on hand to fine tune my programs till I get the best possible hearing experience, I can’t speak highly about him and it doesn’t matter what you pay for your devices if they aren’t programmed properly, koorosh is passionate about his work and very accommodating A+++
Koorosh was extremely helpful and informative about the products on offer and of my hearing loss. This followed a bad experience with SpecSavers. Resound One 9 is a good hearing aid, the ordering and communication with HearingNow was definitely 5-star, the hearing aid sounded great, the Resound app on my mobile is also works smoothly. Just I gave it 4 star because the wind noise cancellation cannot remove all the wind noise, otherwise I am happy with the product.
