Rexton Reach Custom CIC Li - Rechargeable CIC

The new REXTON Reach Custom CIC-Li is designed for wearers with mild to moderate to severe hearing loss who value a highly discreet device. The Reach Custom CIC-Li is remarkably compact and will be fitted with a custom earpiece, so it fits comfortably and invisibly in the ear canal.

Note: Please note that the custom eartips require taking ear impressions from your ear canals in our clinic in London. You can also send us your ear impressions to us if you have made them locally.

Rexton Reach Custom CIC Li features:

Price points: Available in 80, 60, and 40 technology levels

It takes 4 hours for the charger unit to be fully charged. When fully charged, the charger unit is able to provide a full charge of a pair of Rexton Reach Custom CIC Li six times.

It only takes 3 hours for Rexton Reach inoX CIC Li rechargeable hearing aids to be fully charged, and when fully charged, they provide about 35 hours of hearing.

Features and performance levels

Rexton Reach Custom CIC Li comes in 3 technology levels. Our recommendation is to consider 80 or at least 60 for the full-featured version of the hearing aids. If your social interaction is limited, the technology level 40 would still provide very reasonable speech intelligibility.

Tinnitus programming

Rexton Reach Custom CIC Li offers tinnitus masking and noise management. This feature is available from tech level 30 and higher.

Hearing aids warranty

- Our hearing aids come with a range of warranty terms. Please read the product description for more details.

- 1-year manufacturer's UK warranty on accessories, including Assistive Hearing Devices (AHD), chargers, remote microphones, TV streamers and other associated electronics.

Hearing aids aftercare

We provide aftercare for all the hearing aids you purchase from HearingNow over their lifetime. The aftercare services of the hearing aids may include online or in-clinic fine-tuning of the hearing aids, minor fixes and repairs, replacement of the domes and other accessories of the hearing aids, liaison with the manufacturers of your hearing aids to repair or replace them when and if needed.

In-clinic - Our hearing aid aftercare will be free of charge for the first 3 months from the date of purchase, and then standard clinic fees are applicable for in-clinic visits.
Telecare - Online telecare aftercare will be free of charge for the warranty period of your hearing aids. Note: Remote telecare requires the hearing aids to have Bluetooth, so there will be limitations for non-wireless hearing aids. Please contact us if you need further clarification for the model of hearing aids you want to purchase.

Product refunds are valid for 30 days from the day the hearing aids have been fitted, or 30 days from the date the hearing aids have been shipped to your address if you chose to fit them by your local audiologist.

The customer is responsible for returning postage costs back to our office in London, UK. We highly recommend using tracked and insured couriers such as UPS and DHL. Please read more about our Return and Refund Policy here.

Free Consultation

We offer a free pre-purchase consultation to ensure that you buy a pair of hearing aids that work best for you. Please use the above form to send us a copy of your latest hearing test so we can run your test results on hearing aid manufacturers' software and develop a preliminary assessment for you to understand your options. The objective of this consultation is for you to make an informed decision about purchasing your hearing aids.

Fitting

The initial fitting can be done in our clinic at no additional cost. If they are shipped, when you receive your hearing aids, they are already programmed based on your hearing test results, so they are ready to use. We will call you to ensure they sound clear and natural and, if needed, book an in-clinic or online adjustment session.
