Features and performance levels
Signia Silk IX comes in 3 technology levels. Our recommendation is to consider 7IX or at least 5IX for the full-featured version of the hearing aids. If your social interaction is limited the 3IX would still provide very reasonable speech intelligibility.

These signia silk hearing aids are good for occasional meetings and conversation. It took a few weeks for me to get used to them but they are good choice if you are looking for invisible and rechargeable hearing aids. Battery life is great. Good follow up, smooth delivery, thanks Hearingnow.
I never had hearing aids, so I wanted a pair of hearing aids that are small and discrete to go in the ear so I can have my glasses on and off comfortably. Anyhow, local price was super expensive for Signia silk 7IX so I ordered them on HearingNow.co.uk
The arrived by DHL, nice packaging, they were programmed and sounded all right, didn't need any alteration as they helped with hearing right away, although the audiologist suggested they can fine and tune them remotely. Overall I give it a 5-star.
