Service Description
What to expect from a hearing test and fitting in the Crystal Palace clinic? A standard hearing test with a medical-grade headset would determine how you hear speech and other sounds. Then our audiologist will fit your new hearing aids. What is the outcome of this service? - A pure-tone audiogram (PTA) - Programming of your hearing aids to your hearing tests - Discussion about the maintenance and cleaning of the aids - Pairing of the hearing aids to your mobile phone for streaming and hands-free calls The following additional tests can be conducted at an additional £75 fee: - A speech recognition test (SRT) and/or Quick SIN - A referral report to your GP or ENT in case your hearing loss needs further investigation
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy Please give plenty of heads up if you have to cancel or reschedule a home visit or in-clinic appointment. We will fully refund your deposit if at least 24-hour notice is given for the cancellation of an in-clinic or home visit appointment. You can reschedule or cancel an appointment from your admin panel on our website, our App, or by contacting us on our phone lines. Your payment will be used against the administration of cancellation of your appointment if less than 24-hour notice is provided. No Ear Wax Found Your payment will be used against the time of the clinic to run a visual examination of your ears, video-otoscopy, and possible referral to the GP, hence your payment is not refundable in case there is no ear wax to be removed.
