We can reprogram your hearing aids. We have the equipment to reprogramme or adjust hearing aids sourced from all the manufacturers (Phonak, Unitron, Oticon, Bernafon, Starkey, GNResouns, Signia, Widex, Rexton, AudioService). If your hearing aids no longer seem to provide as much benefit as they used to, it's quite possible that you need a fresh hearing test and/or your hearing aids require adjustment. Who can take advantage of this service? - You inherited a pair of hearing aids - You bought a pair of second-hand hearing aids and need to tune them for your level of hearing loss - Your hearing aids are out of warranty, and you feel they don't sound right - Your level of hearing loss dropped, and your aids need adjustment What to expect from a reprogramming appointment? - Examination of your ears for any earwax blockage or infection - Fresh hearing test - Reprogramming of your hearing aids What if my hearing aids are faulty? If you suspect that your hearing aids are faulty, please use this link to send them to our clinic for an inspection and repair. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy Please give plenty of heads up if you have to cancel or reschedule a home visit or in-clinic appointment. We will fully refund your deposit if at least 24-hour notice is given for the cancellation of an in-clinic or home visit appointment. You can reschedule or cancel an appointment from your admin panel on our website, our App, or by contacting us on our phone lines. Your payment will be used against the administration of cancellation of your appointment if less than 24-hour notice is provided. No Ear Wax Found Your payment will be used against the time of the clinic to run a visual examination of your ears, video-otoscopy, and possible referral to the GP, hence your payment is not refundable in case there is no ear wax to be removed.
