Service Description
Use this service to book an online (Zoom meeting) appointment with our audiologist if you are: - A current patient within your free aftercare, and you wish to fine-tune your hearing aids, or - You are a new patient and have questions about hearing aids, technologies, specs and hearing aid prices. Note: This is a free online Zoom meeting with a qualified audiologist. You will receive an invitation to join this meeting as soon as you complete your booking on our website. In the email, you will find instructions on how to download the Zoom App on your smartphone/computer/tablet, as well as how to join this meeting. Please contact us if you have any problems requesting this online meeting. Please note that: - Your hearing aids need to be charged and paired to your mobile phone and the hearing aid app - Not all aspects of your hearing aids may be adjusted, as some models of hearing aids have limitations on certain settings when tuned remotely - An in-person visit is the best way to tune up your hearing aids. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy Please give plenty of heads up if you have to cancel or reschedule a home visit or in-clinic appointment. We will fully refund your deposit if at least 24-hour notice is given for the cancellation of an in-clinic or home visit appointment. You can reschedule or cancel an appointment from your admin panel on our website, our App, or by contacting us on our phone lines. Your payment will be used against the administration of cancellation of your appointment if less than 24-hour notice is provided. No Ear Wax Found Your payment will be used against the time of the clinic to run a visual examination of your ears, video-otoscopy, and possible referral to the GP, hence your payment is not refundable in case there is no ear wax to be removed.
