1. Telecare - All our premium hearing aids can be adjusted and reprogrammed remotely. You need to have a smartphone, that's all. There are several tutorials on how to connect your smartphone to your hearing aids and manage a telecare session. Please see our Customer Support page for links to all major hearing aid manufacturers and help with how to connect your hearing aids to Bluetooth and your smartphone. When your hearing aids are connected to your smartphone, our audiologist will be able to connect to your hearing aids through your smartphone and will reprogram them remotely.

2. A local audiologist - You can take the advantage of competitive prices that HearingNow offer for premium hearing aids and purchase your choice of hearing aids online. When received, you could contact a local audiologist for fitting, programming and future aftercare of the hearing aids. This way you would have the best of two worlds, a competitive price for the best hearing aids and local one-to-one support by a local audiologist.

What will happen when I receive my hearing aids?

When you receive your hearing aids they are programmed for your level of hearing loss so you can start using them right away.  We also will set up an online fitting session for you so we can address your concerns. In this first session, we will fine-tune your hearing aids so they sound loud and clear and natural. Also, we will help you use and operate the features on your smartphone. What if I don't like the sound of my hearing aids?

We will be setting up an online adjustment session for you as soon as you receive your hearing aids. 

We will support you with an unlimited number of adjustment sessions until you are happy and satisfied with the sound of the hearing aids. If after all the support you are still not happy with your hearing aids you can send them back for a full refund; you'll have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the hearing aids for a full refund. Can I replace my hearing aids with another brand or type?

Absolutely. If within the first 30 days of your purchase, you reached a point where you didn't like your hearing aids you could ship them back to us for a full refund. Then you can place an order for another type or brand. Please see our Return and Refund Policy here.

I live in Spain, can I buy hearing aids online from HearingNow?

Yes, our fees include a free International shipment, so if you are settled in Spain, Portugal, Singapore or anywhere else in the world, you could purchase your hearing aids online from HearingNow and receive the aftercare services for the period of the warranty. Please notice that while your 5 years UK warranty will be valid for your hearing aids, you also enjoy 2 years International warranty in your country of residence.
