Hearing Aid Warranty
All hearing aids sold through HearingNow carry their 5-year extended manufacturer's guarantee/warranty for customers in the United Kingdom and one year of International warranty unless it is stated otherwise in the product description or your receipt. The one-year International warranty is limited to travel and business.
The UK warranty period on any accessories, including Assistive Hearing Devices (AHD), chargers, remote microphones, TV streamers and other associated electronics and hearing aid accessories, will be 1 year.

Your reference point for sending your hearing aids for service or repair over their warranty period will be the HearingNow office in London, UK. This reference point includes the event that you are travelling or living outside of the UK. In the instance of a hearing aid requiring repair, the shipping of the Goods from Your address to HearingNow and return should be through an insured and trackable post or courier and at Your cost. International shipments will be done through DHL at a flat charge of £95. HearingNow has no liability against the loss of your hearing aids in their travel to or from our clinic via 3rd party courier and shipment providers. The shipment cost from HearingNow and the return from the manufacturer will be covered by us.

Warranty limitation
A hearing aid warranty provided by the manufacturer does not cover loss of hearing aids, damage from improper handling or care, exposure to water, chemicals, or physical stress. Damage caused by third parties, outside the scope of use or non-authorised service centres, renders the warranty null and void.
Warranty of hearing aid accessories and hearing aid receivers is limited to one year.
The warranty for hearing aids does not include consumables such as domes, earwax, moulds, and hearing aid receivers and speaker units.​

Hearing aid aftercare
We provide aftercare for all hearing aids purchased from HearingNow during their warranty period. The following is the provision of free and paid aftercare for our hearing aids:

Free aftercare: You will receive the following free aftercare services:
- 3 months of free in-clinic visits for adjusting newly purchased hearing aids from the date of the purchase,
- Online telecare for fine-tuning your hearing aids over their warranty period (provided they have Bluetooth capability),
- Repair and service of hearing aids when you ship them to our clinic in London, UK (consumables will be charged at fees).

Paid aftercare: The following aftercare options will be available at a visit fee:
- In-clinic visits for reprogramming your hearing aids after the initial 3-month free aftercare,
- Any other services provided during your visit to our clinic, including charges for new receivers, consumables, repair outside warranty, earplugs, earmoulds, and other agreed services at the time of the visit.
