Features and performance levels
Starkey Edge AI comes in different technology levels (24, 20, and 16), offering different features and performance levels. We strongly recommend considering 24 or 20 performance levels to enjoy superior speech intelligibility in noisy environments such as pubs, bars and restaurants.
Rechargeable versus battery-powered
- Starkey Edge AI ITE, ITC come in a rechargeable version only
- Starkey Edge AI CIC Bluetooth comes in a 312-size battery-powered and a non-Bluetooth model comes in a rechargeable model called Starkey Signature, which uses the very same Edge chipset (for CIC, you need to choose between Bluetooth and rechargeable options)
- Starkey Edge AI IIC comes in a 10-size battery-powered non-wireless
How to order a Starkey Edge AI custom-made hearing aid?
- Send us your audiogram so we can discuss your choices. Please use the form at the bottom of this page to send us your audiogram.
- Book a Hearing Test & Consultation in our clinic so we can make ear impressions from your ear canals. Or, mail us your deep-canal ear impressions that you have obtained from a local audiologist. This can be a physical ear impression or a file that you can email us.
- We will make the custom-made hearing aids and mail them to your address within 2-3 weeks.
- We will do remote programming and tuning to make sure that they sound natural. Please note that only ITE, ITC and CIC-WL can be remotely adjusted. Your hearing aids need to be paired with your mobile phone.
- You will have a 30-day money-back guarantee if you wish to return them. Also, a 5-year UK warranty if you keep them.
